"Le serpent dans mon ventre"
Après deux ans de travail en cours, notre membre Ram Das Kaur (Sabine Ohle) a terminé son film sur Le Martinet. Le film dure 71 min et a un nouveau titre "Le serpent dans mon ventre". Il s'agit d'une contemplation cinématographique touchante sur une recherche personnelle de guérison. Et c'est une plongée profonde dans la nature et dans ce qui se passe au Martinet dans l'espace d'un an.

What is happening in 2018 is a deep process of soul healing, guiding every one of us to the very essence of who we are. This year there is no alternative but to rise to your highest healing. This is your mastery. Your initiation is complete when you are willing to risk anything and everything to fully step into the light. Think of the phoenix who is reborn from the ashes. We can expect a total change in form and shape.
2018 is a time to consciously choose to dissolve all darkness of the past. Abandon your regrets. Wave your broken dreams goodbye. Cut every single bond that keeps you locked in your self-made prison. Drop strategies, definitions and plans as the way to face your future.
2018 will show you a new way, if you allow it. Call - and you will be answered. Call every day. CALL BECAUSE YOU CAN TRUST YOURSELF. Say yes to what you receive, even though it might seem impossible. INFINITY IS YOURS. How can you keep yourself limited? Your power lies in your unlimited potential.
TRUST IN YOUR CAPACITY TO MANIFEST YOUR GOODNESS. Commit to your intent. Focus on the essence which supports the form. Do not ask how to change the form. But ask how you can practically initiate the new. It has to be applicable in your life. We are all masters and students. What is within us, will manifest outside of us. Focus on what is real for you by allowing the inner dialogue between these two voices, your master voice connected to your DIVINE SELF and the voice of the resisting and doubting student. Let them rub against each other. Kindle the fire of the seeming paradox. While the master’s voice will keep suggesting impossible tasks, the voice of the student will keep asking: “How can I possibly do this?” Take the risk of fully receiving the guidance to grow your authenticity.
All answers are coming from the new Manu, the planetary spirit genitor. So it will be about facing the fear of letting go as this is part of our awakening. Find the courage to get up and start. People around you may react hostile to your moves. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed by the growing fear in the collective. No need to justify. NO NEED TO BE RIGHT. No need to fight, to go and get it. This is nothing but one last burst of strength of a predominantly masculine culture that has ruled this planet for the last 2000 years. 2018 takes us further along the road of reconnecting to the Feminine principle, the primal power of creation, the Adi Shakti, Mata Shakti, Kundalini. Just stay open and confident, ready to receive, to see and hear the DIVINE SOURCE. Smile at the world and it will smile back at you. All is provided.
2018 asks us to be in the moment of NOW and see how much the world is heightening to a place of inner and outer change. To be part of the rise in acceptance and awareness. How all is a reflection of one another in either what we need to change or what we honour as we go home into our Divine Self. The more you access the clarity of who you are, the more you will magnify the evolution of humanity. We do not have to agree to move forward as a collective. Alignment is a pure space of alchemical order where all will be dissolved back into the light. We invite you to join this sacred conversion, a meeting of souls to lift each other into greater love and self-purpose, filling each soul with more spirit fire for its individual journey. This is what Amrit Nam Sarovar is about. We might be simply dancing together, sharing a meal or gather for a workshop, training or retreat but at that moment there will be something happening which is greater than what we came for. And it will nourish all present in ways we might not immediately comprehend. Just keep nourishing this connection and it will keep nourishing you.
We invite you to meditate on the spirit essence that has guided us as a collective. The spirit essence is a master furthering your own mastery. It supports all transformation, individually and planetary.
Open up to full awareness. Open up to femininity to receive the guidance. Come and set foot again on the land of Le Martinet where our common practice has fed into the activation of a spirit portal providing each one of us with new frequencies of healing, light, and transformation.

Suggested practice to honour each one and our communality as a collective spirit Master's Touch Mediation "Aad Sach, Jugaad Sach, Hai Bhee Sach, Naanak Hosee Bhee Sach"
"Primal Truth, True for all Time, True at this Instant, Oh Nanak, Forever True."
These are the four stages of truth that must prevail through one touch. It is recorded in the scriptures that this meditation is to be practiced for 2-1/2 hours. However, it is up to you how long you practice.
Posture: Sit in an Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh.
Eyes: The eyes are slightly open, focused at the tip of the nose.
Mudra: Place the pad (finger print) of the right index finger (Jupiter finger) on the pad of the left index finger, right palm facing out from the body, left palm facing in towards the body, forming a 45 degree angle of the fingers pointing upwards. Other fingers are curled into the palms with thumbs over.
Hold the mudra at the Heart Center, shoulders relaxed.
Mantra: From the navel sing: "Aad Sach, Jugaad Sach, Hai Bhee Sach, Naanak Hosee Bhee Sach"
You may sing or chant the mantra, but it must be done in a monotone. The "suchhh" sound is emphasized as you pull the navel in on each repetition of the word. As you chant aloud, listen with your inner ear. Let the inner ear vibrate. Tune your inner ear so that the hammering of the hammer bones enables your brain to analyze the sound as you hear it.
Time: Continue for 11 min up to 2 hrs 30 min
To End: Inhale, hold the breath. Exhale, relax the mudra and the breath. Rest in Easy Pose and Gyan Mudra for 1 – 2 minutes.
